Become an Apple Authorized Training Center

Thank you for your interest in becoming an Apple Authorized Training Center (AATC) or Apple Authorized Training Center for Education (AATCe). Apple authorizes training centers to deliver consistent, quality training to our end users worldwide.

An AATC delivers training to the general public through Apple Certified Trainers (ACTs) who meet Apple's quality standards. Apple refers to this type of training as "commercial delivery." A Pro Apps AATC delivers specific Pro Applications courses and certification exams. An IT AATC delivers courses and exams on Mac OS X and other technologies. Some AATCs may be authorized to deliver both IT and Pro Apps courses.

An AATCe is an academic institution that incorporates Apple training into their accredited curriculum. AATCes deliver Apple courses and administer certification to their own students and faculty through Apple Certified Trainers. Apple refers to this type of training as "academic-only delivery." AATCEs do not deliver Apple training and exams to the general public, even via extension or enrichment programs (which classify as commercial delivery).

Apple welcomes all applicants including independent companies, corporations, academic institutions, and Value Added Resellers. Selection is based on a number of criteria including a proven track record in training excellence, facilities, equipment, staff expertise, infrastructure, and geographic coverage.

The information you provide in this application determines your eligibility for authorization. Please allow 30-60 business days for a response upon submitting your application. By continuing with this application process, you confirm that all information that you submit is true and accurate.

You should review the AATC or AATCe program guides before completing this application. You should also review the Apple Certification programs.
